Relationships

I had a conversation recently with someone who has a knack of placing her friends in categories.
I didn't pay much attention to it at first but today I got to thinking; is it really ok to categorize friends?

I personally don't believe in the statement that some relationships are for a moment, season or forever.

I believe we are all made better or worse directly or indirectly by the people in and around our lives and though you may not see or talk to some people as much as you do others doesn't mean they have not influenced your life in some way.

Its not enough to say this person is or was a mentor because someone could be a mentor today, a friend tomorrow and the boss of your niece the next.

Its about treating everyone we are chanced to meet with love and respect, giving as much as we are given and if life and events drive us apart, knowing there is someone out there whom we know or have known.

  1. In our everyday lives, we need to ask our selves... how much value we add to the lives of people around us.... Far too often too many people live life witout stamping their foot in the sands of time, and this is not about being super rich!!!!!!!!!! its how much value u add to the lives of people you come in contact with that matters.
